Control group:Bolus without constant temperature heating intervention (routine addition)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Bolus need radiotherapy for radical treatment of breast cancer 2. Ages 18 to 70 3, physical condition (KPS) score =70 points 4. Improve relevant examination to exclude radiotherapy contraindications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have previously received chest radiation therapy 2. Patients who have previously received other surgeries in the chest except breast 3. Refusing to sign informed consent
