4 Years to 8 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 4 to 8 years old 2. Group of unilateral amblyopia: BCVA ( best corrected visual acuity ) - interocular difference of two or more lines, with the better eye within the normal range 3. Group of age-matched controls: BCVA ( best corrected visual acuity ) - better than or equal to 1.0 in both eye
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who are unable to cooperate with examination on OCT-A 2. patients who require to withdraw the project 3. patients who could not accept the suggestion of treatment 4. patients who could not finish the required follow-up of the project
