Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria for premature infants ? gestational age 600g; ? Serious organ function diseases have been effectively treated; ? have received gastrointestinal nutrition and > 24h. (2) early maternal inclusion criteria ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in the project; ? conscious, have basic ability to care for children; ? The main caregivers of children

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclusion criteria for premature infants ? Patients with congenital genetic metabolic diseases, digestive tract development abnormalities and other serious congenital growth and development disorders; ? Severe hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy; ? Intraventricular hemorrhage grade ?; ? Receive consolation therapy. (2) early maternal exclusion criteria ? History of mental illness or severe cognitive dysfunction; ? Language communication barriers; ? There were fever, gastrointestinal discomfort, respiratory tract infection, skin infectious disease and other symptoms in the first 14 days of enrollment; ? serious physical illness; ? There are contraindications to breastfeeding, including active tuberculosis, AIDS, hepatitis virus infection, local herpes simplex virus infection injury in the breast undergoing radioisotope diagnosis or treatment, and taking antimetabolic drugs or chemotherapy drugs
