Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 120 patients with emergency craniocerebral trauma were selected; 2. Underwent craniotomy and hematoma removal under general anesthesia; 3. The patients aged 18~65 years, ASA grade II-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative patients with pulmonary infection, pulmonary bulles, pneumothorax, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other severe respiratory diseases, implantable pumps such as pacemakers and automatic implantable defibrillators, and severe cardiovascular diseases were excluded from the study; 2. Preoperative chest CT showed atelectasis. 3.Severe disease of liver and kidney function. 4.shock.
