Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 25-45 years old; 2. BMI 35-45Kg/m2; 3. ASA level I to II; 4. NHYA classification level I to II; 5. No dysfunction of important organs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of local anesthesia allergy; 2. History of abdominal surgery; 3. History of drug abuse; 4. Severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases; 5. Communication disorder.
