No minimum to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) female patients with malignant hematologic disease before the age of 40 years, and (2) receiving more than one cycle of treatment with chemotherapy or targeted/immunotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who refuse to test for hormones related to ovarian function
