Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic herniorrhaphy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incarcerated hernia or recurrent hernia; 2. Cognitive impairment or difficulty in communication; 3. Severe circulatory andrespiratory diseases such as severe coronary heart disease and COPD; 4. Endocrine diseases such as pituitary adenomas, severe diabetes, cortisol syndrome, pheochromocytoma, etc.; 5. Mental and psychological diseases: such as schizophrenia, depression, history of chronic analgesics, alcoholism, opioid dependence; 6. Patient refused to participate in this study; 7. Allergy to esketamine; 8. Body mass index > 30 kg/m^2.
