Knee osteoarthritis

Interventions

Group a:1% ropivacaine 100mg diluted to 40ml with 0.9% sodium chloride solution.
Group b:1% ropivacaine 100mg+ dexamethasone injection 10mg diluted to 40ml with 0.9% sodium chloride solution.
Group c:1% ropivacaine 100mg+ betamethasone injection 14mg diluted to 40ml with 0.9% sodium chloride solution.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the score of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), the overall physical condition is I or II. 2. Those who were diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis before operation, mainly with unilateral symptoms, were ineffective after conservative treatment. 3. Patients planning unilateral TKA 4. Patients aged 50-80. 5. Those who were not allergic to the drugs in this study. 6. Willing to provide written informed consent and participate in and abide by the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing bilateral TKA, single condyle knee replacement or revision surgery 2. Patients with severe lesions on both knees 3. Patients with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, poor perioperative blood glucose control (fasting blood glucose > 8 mmol/L), severe renal insufficiency, severe liver dysfunction, history of gastric ulcer and coagulation disorder 4. Patients with stroke or neurological or mental illness (serious mental illness, Psychological problems and inability to communicate) 5. Past drug addiction, drug abuse history, past narcotic drug dependence, drug abuse history and being treated with hormonal drugs 6. People who are allergic to the drugs in this study 7. People with severe ligament instability 8. Central and peripheral nervous system problems that cannot complete the postoperative rehabilitation plan.
