Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study included maintenance hemodialysis patients who met the following conditions: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Received maintenance hemodialysis treatment for more than 3 months; 3. Having complete dietary and biochemical records; 4. Able to independently complete questionnaire surveys and nutritional assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are lost in follow-up and do not cooperate with follow-up examinations are excluded; 2. Major diseases or acute phase of diseases are excluded; 3. Those who do not follow medical advice or have unhealthy habits that affect their health are excluded; 4. Individuals with severe mental illness and no autonomous behavioral ability were excluded.
