Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing hip surgery; 2. Aged more than 65 years; 3. BMI between 18 and 29 kg/m2; 4. Patients with preoperative American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grading of I ~ III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central nervous system diseases or a history of neurosurgery; 2. The Simple Intelligence Scale (MMSE) test met the exclusion criteria; 3. Patients with Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, cerebrovascular accident and other serious mental and neurological diseases; 4. Long-term use of drugs that affect the function of the neuropsychiatric system (such as hypnotics, anti-anxiety drugs, narcotic analgesics and antidepressants); 5. Patients with disordered balance of water, electrolyte and acid hydrolysis; 6. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Abnormal preoperative coagulation function; 8. Severe visual or hearing impairment prevents cognitive function assessment; 9. Patients with severe organ complications or even death after surgery.
