18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for hip arthroplasty due to femoral neck fracture, severe hip osteoarthritis, femoral head necrosis, and secondary osteoarthritis due to developmental hip dysplasia; 2. Aged between 18 and 80 years; 3. Patients with preoperative American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grading of I ~ III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in the experiment; 2. Patients with language disorders and inability to complete various questionnaire scores; 3. Patients with limb neuropathy on the operative side; 4. With mentally ill; 5. With severe osteoporosis; 6. With a history of hip surgery prior to the initial replacement; 7. Patients with secondary osteoarthritis after treatment of hip infection; 8. Patients with iliac wing width or acetabulum posterior wall bone defect; 9. Other operations were performed at the same stage; 10. Alcoholic or long-term opioid users; 11. Patients with previous gastrointestinal ulcer.
