18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18 to 80 years, gender not limited; (2) Clearly diagnosed with free pleural effusion and assessed to be in need of thoracentesis and drainage treatment for moderate to massive effusion; (3) Patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Encapsulated effusion, interlobular effusion and other non-free effusions; (2) Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency, etc., abnormal coagulation function, etc; (3) The patient is unable to cooperate in completing ultrasound and CT examinations.
