20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 20~65 years old, BMI 18~28 kg/m2; 2) ASA grading II~III; 3) Sign informed consent before surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have a history of mental illness and endocrine system diseases; 2) Allergy to opioids or other narcotics; 3) History of severe heart and lung diseases; 4) Have a history of substance abuse or alcohol abuse; 5) Patients at serious risk of increased blood pressure or intracranial pressure; 6) Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (arterial hypertension, resting systolic / diastolic blood pressure exceeding 180 / 100 mmHg); 7) preeclampsia and eclampsia; 8) Patients with hyperthyroidism who are untreated or undertreated.
