Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?=18 years old. ? Patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis were admitted to the Department of Intensive Care Medicine, general surgery, gastroenterology and Emergency Medicine of Run Run Shaw Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2014 to May 2023. ? The diagnosis is consistent with acute pancreatitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Follow-up has not yet ended. ? Incomplete clinical data. ? Clinical samples did not meet the requirements of the study. ? Complicated with serious other diseases.
