Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) After B ultrasound, MRU, renal dynamic nuclide imaging and other examinations, the cause of the disease is PUJO; (2) The child's parents or legal guardians have written informed consent, good compliance, and can be regularly reviewed and follow-up. (3) Age= 14 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Other causes of hydronephrosis, such as end-ureter stenosis, primary Vesicoureteral reflux, neurogenic bladder, posterior urethral valve, retrocaval ureter, etc. (2)Suffering from other diseases such as acute and chronic nephritis, urinary stones, urinary tract infection, etc. (3) abnormal development of kidney, such as horseshoe kidney, duplicated kidney, ectopic fusion kidney, etc. (4) those who had received interventional treatment such as fistulation or catheterization in other hospitals; (5) those who did not receive the planned imaging examination or did not take samples at the time of first assessment.
