18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Signed informed consent form with date commitment Comply with the study procedures and cooperate with the whole process of the study Women with the age between 18 and 45 years old Women were healthy at the first antenatal examination Women without cardiovascular disease, rheumatic immune disease or diabetes before this pregnancy; without multiple pregnancy, assisted birth conception or coagulation disorder; without VTE family or personal history, previous recurrent spontaneous abortion hisrory or smoking history Cooperate with all the examination of this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who have miscarriage during pregnancy, go to another hospital for delivery, get treatment with other investigational agents during the study period, have diagnosed coagulopathy and rheumatic immunity diseases, cardiovascular diseases, malignant tumors and other diseases in the prenatal examination.
