Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for chronic pancreatitis for the first time; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for cold and heat miscellaneous evidence of Yin disease; (3) Age 18~65 years old, male or female; (4) Meet the ethical requirements, the patient voluntarily takes the test and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The identification is unclear or there is too much concomitant evidence; (2) Patients with severe acute onset of abdominal pain and intractable pain; (3) Patients with suspected pancreatic cancer or serious lesions of other organs with imaging examination and pathological results; (4) Patients with gallstones, bile duct stenosis, pancreatic fistula, gastrointestinal obstruction and pancreatic pseudocyst; (5) Allergic constitution or pregnant women; (6) Failure to take medication as prescribed and refusal to control diet.
