Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of acromegaly according to the diagnostic criteria in the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acromegaly of the American Endocrine Society; 2. Male or female, age = 18 years; 3. Able to cooperate with and tolerate cardiac MRI; 4. Be able to complete treatment in our hospital and conduct regular follow-up; 5. Sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed and treated in outside hospital;2. Previous known organic heart-related diseases (such as valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, coronary heart disease, rheumatic disease, cardiomyopathy, etc.); 3. Unable to complete follow-up with malignant tumors or other serious diseases; 4. Unable to cooperate or unable to tolerate cardiac MRI; 5. Unconditionally receive treatment and regular follow-up in our hospital
