Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with PCOS : (1) PCOS diagnostic criteria recommended by the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine Rotterdam Expert Meeting in 2003 and the Endocrinology Group and Guideline Expert Group of the Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Chinese Medical Association; (2) According to TCM syndrome differentiation, it belongs to kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness type; (3) Serum testosterone (T) level =0.7ng/ml(or =2.44nmol/l); (4) age =14 and =49 years old; (5) agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form Inclusion criteria for healthy people: (1) Good health without serious diseases; (2) did not meet the diagnostic criteria for PCOS; (3) age =14 and =49 years old, female; (4) understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with PCOS : (1)patients who have other serious cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases;(2)Patients with previous or current diagnoses of schizophrenia, major depression and other psychiatric disorders;(3)Patients who have taken other therapeutic drugs, such as glucocorticoids, within the last 1 month;(4)Patients with contraindications to acupuncture, such as cicatricial constitution, skin sensory disorders, etc;(5)Patients with fertility requirements during the 3 months of treatment;(6)Pregnant or lactating woman;7) patients with endometrium =19mm and no menses. Exclusion criteria for healthy people: (1) patients with serious diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;(2) pregnant or lactating women.
