Buccal acupuncture group:Buccal acupuncture was performed by the same chief physician before induction of anesthesia combined with patient intravenous controlled analgesia.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with elective laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, aged 65 to 80 years, BMI 22 ~ 28 kg/m2, ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior to surgery, cardiac, liver, lung, or renal dysfunction; diabetes, neurological, blood disorders, or immune system disorders; mental abnormalities, hearing or language disorders; history of chronic pain; history of psychotropic or analgesic medication; history of drug use or alcohol dependence; acute head and facial injury, soft tissue disease or infection; suspected difficulty in cannulation; abnormal coagulation function; history of long-term use of anticoagulant drugs.
