Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. =60 years old; 2. Have basic communication skills and understanding skills; 3. Patients who have not received antibiotics, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunosuppression, gastrointestinal motility, probiotics, hormones and other related treatments affecting intestinal microecological composition within the past 1 month; 4. No serious cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction, pancreatitis, colitis, digestive ulcer and bleeding and other digestive system diseases; 5. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unable to exercise due to neurological diseases or bone and joint diseases; 2. Cardiopulmonary insufficiency (inability to perform normal daily activities, New York Heart Association Functional Classification III/IV); Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <30 mL/min); Severe liver damage (more than two-fold increase in transaminase levels); 3.
