Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All inpatients who have used VB6; 2. Age: 18 years old; 3. =3 days, =60 days in hospital; 4. A single dose of VB6 was used during hospitalization and used for =3 days; 5. At least one test of biochemical indicators related to liver and kidney function before using VB6, and all of them were below the high limit of the normal reference value range; 6. At least one liver and kidney function after 3 days after consecutive use of VB 6 .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients treated in the intensive care (ICU), oncology, or nephrology departments
