Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 50 and 80 years old; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis of the knee in the 2018 Guidelines for the Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2018 Edition); 3. A Kellgren-Lawrence classification of III-IV from the KOA; 4. Proposed unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 5. Patients who signed the informed consent form and ensured the compliance of the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous allergy to Chinese medicine or anticoagulant drugs; 2. Those with combined serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hematological system diseases 3. Those with a history of bleeding, bleeding tendency, or mental disorders 4. Taking other traditional Chinese medicine or anticoagulant drugs 5. Congestive heart failure, pulmonary edema or severe edema of the lower limbs; 6. Preoperative DVT formation in the lower extremities, pulmonary embolism or thrombophlebitis; 7. Known hypercoagulable states (e.g. estrogen use); 8. Recent history of malignancy; 9. Severe atherosclerosis or stenosis of the lower extremity vessels, other ischemic vascular disease and severe deformity of the lower extremity.
