Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 6-18 years with ILl 2) Primary and secondary school students in Shenzhen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Failure to establish effective communication as judged by the responsible clinical professional 2) contraindications to influenza vaccine 3) patients from other cities to Shenzhen 4) patients who had taken any anti-influenza virus medication (Tamiflu, Covet, Orfi) within 7 days before symptom onset.
