Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with malignant tumors confirmed by histology or cellular pathology; ? Perform paclitaxel, vinblastic alkaloids, and platinum based chemotherapy; ? Level 1-3 CIPN appears; ? Can accept scraping treatment; ? Voluntarily participating in this observation; ? Individuals over 18 years old or under 75 years old. ? The patient has good compliance and is able to understand the situation of this study and sign an informed consent form. ? Agree not to use other treatments for peripheral neuropathy during clinical trials. ? KPS score>60 points. ? Expected survival time>3 months. ? Normal liver, kidney and lung functions, and elimination of brain metastasis, severe diabetes, mental disorder, central nervous system Diseases affecting peripheral nerve function such as nervous system disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Suffering from other diseases that affect peripheral nerve function. ? Local skin inflammation, scars, and damage. ? Allergic to scraping media.
