Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years 2) All patients who were mechanically ventilated after transtracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Mechanical ventilation time < 24 hours 2)Patient transfer, death 3)Pregnant women, lactating women 4)Patients with massive ascites, pleural fluid
