Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children sedated with dexmedetomidine for procedural sedation in sedation clinic in Shanghai Children's Medical Center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Newborns, or over 3 years old (2) On the day of sedation, the patient had respiratory tract infection or fever (3) Overweight/obese (4) Sleep apnea syndrome/snoring (5) History of cardiac conduction system disease (6) Cyanotic congenital heart disease without treatment (7) Recent history of use of beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, or digoxin (8) Allergic to dexmedetomidine (9) History of any other systemic disease
