Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III; 2.Age:20-85years; 3.Airway stenosis; 4.BMI<30Kg/m2 5.Liver and kidney function are normal 6. Normal cardiac function

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Cognitive dysfunction 2: Abdominal drainage tube is placed 3: Tracheal fistula patient 4: Patients with pleural fistula 5: Platelet less than 50,000 /ml
