Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) The subjects were aged between 18 and 28 years old; (2) The Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) was scored at 7-17; (3) No major organ diseases; (4) Those not receiving other interventions; (5) Fixed residence; (6) Informed consent for the project, and approved by medical ethics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are not allergic to seeds and tape used in the institute, and have major ear ulcers; (2) Those who do not cooperate with the research conducted; (3) Patients with major organ diseases; (4) The subject makes the request to terminate the experiment during the experiment; (5) Medical records that do not meet the inclusion criteria and are misentered will be removed; (6) Women during lactation or pregnancy.
