Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Provide informed consent and agree to participate ; 3. Understand English; 4. Report any PTSD symptoms on the International Trauma Questionnaire (ITQ).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with a clinical diagnosis of learning disability, dementia, and/or cognitive impairment, and therefore may have difficulty understanding psychoeducational content; 2. Participants with a clinical diagnosis of a psychotic disorder (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, early psychosis)
