18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age of patients = 18 years old and =60 years old; ? Patients with mandibular impacted third molar extraction; ? Those who have taken panoramic films in our hospital in the past six months; ? It meets the indications of tooth extraction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? History of chemoradiotherapy, systemic disease, oral and maxillofacial surgery; ? Severe periodontitis, periapical periodontitis, extensive caries, local cysts, tumors and other lesions; ? Impacted or absent adjacent teeth, extensive caries, severe periodontitis; ? Limited mouth opening or poor coordination of patients (such as sensitive pharyngeal reflex, patients because of fear of operation can not be sustained, etc.); ? Incomplete root development; ? Obese patients: BMI > 32; ? There are contraindications of tooth extraction.
