Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 2. Peripheral neuropathy mainly manifested in lower limbs; 3. Stable blood sugar control; 4. No neurotrophic drugs have been taken in the past 2 weeks; 5. Age 18-70 years old; 6. Subjects agree to join the study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with acute complications such as diabetic ketosis or diabetic cranial neuropathy or diabetic other system lesions; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or severe liver and kidney diseases; 4. Peripheral neuropathy caused by other factors such as VitB12 deficiency, hypothyroidism, alcoholism, uremia, chronic inflammatory demyelinating multiple neuropathy, and tumor compression; 5. Lower limb and foot ulcer, edema, infection; 6. ALT, AST, or Cr greater than 1.5 times ULN (upper limit of normal); 7. Allergic to test drug ingredients; 8. Patients with clotting disorders; 9. Participants who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within the last 1 month; 10. Mental illness, no self-awareness, unable to accurately express or unable to cooperate with the completion of the experiment.
