Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for hip fracture. (2) All patients were eligible for surgical treatment, ASA grade I ~ ?. (3) Patients ranged in age from 18 to 80 years old. (4) Know the research content and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Chronic use of analgesics, prior allergy to opioids and local anesthetics, inability to tolerate any of the drugs used in this study, peripheral neuropathy,,, (2) Operating area infection, malignancy, abnormal coagulation and bleeding tendencies (3) Secondary operation or revision of hip replacement. (4) Severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction and mental abnormalities (5) BMI>28kg/m2. (6) Mental illness, difficulty understanding, hearing impairment and inability to communicate. (7) Refused to participate in the study and refused to sign the informed consent.
