Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender is not limited; 2. Aged >= 60 years; 3. ASA classification: II-III level; 4.Patients undergoing elective gastrointestinal surgery; 5.Expected operation time >= 2 hours; 6.Informed consent to the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.SGB contraindications; 2.Operation time > 4 hours; 3.History of neurological disorders; 4.History of alcohol abuse and long-term psychotropic drug use; 5.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 6.People with visual impairments; 7.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 8.Those who have a history of allergy to local anesthetics and allergies
