Postoperative delirium

Interventions

Bupivacaine liposome group:Bilateral transverse abdominal muscle plane nerve block with 266mg (40ml) Bupivacaine liposome injection.
Bupivacaine hydrochloride group:Bilateral transverse abdominis plane nerve block with 40 ml of 0.5% Bupivacaine hydrochloride.

65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. no gender limitation, aged from 65 to 90 years old, weighting 50-90 kg 2. ASA I-III grade 3. contract COVID-19 within 6 months 4. Preoperative Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) score = 24 points 5. Surgical time 2-5 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of severe mental or neurological disorders 2.History of drug or psychotropic substance abuse 3. Long term use of drugs and steroids 4. Preoperative complications of type III or IV hepatic encephalopathy 5. Severe visual and hearing impairment 6. Allergies to bupivacaine and other liposomes 7 Preoperative pulmonary function examination showed moderate or severe ventilation dysfunction.
