28 Years to 56 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age :18-60 2 There is pain in the waist and lumbosacral region with or without radiating pain in the lower extremities 3 Pain duration =3 months 4 Visual analog Scale score 2=VAS 5 Clinical evaluation of patients with motor control disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of thoracic or lumbosacral surgery 2 Neurological manifestations suggest radiculopathy 3 Evidence of severe spinal pathology (e.g. tumor, infection, fracture, spinal stenosis, inflammatory disease) 4 Chronic cardiovascular and lung diseases that are unstable or severely disabling 5 History of severe mental or mental illness 6 Suspicion or confirmation of pregnancy
