Interventions

Supine group:After nerve blockade, change the position to supine (lying on the back).
Lateral position group:After nerve blockade, change the position to lateral decubitus with the puncture side facing upward.
Prone position group:After nerve blockade, continue to maintain a prone position.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients preparing for CT-guided microwave ablation of pulmonary lesions. Age = 18 years,=80 years American Society of anesthesiologists(ASA) grade ?~?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to anesthesia medications; allergy to iodinated contrast agents; long-term use of opioid drugs; abnormal coagulation function or hemophilia; infection at the puncture site; history of chest surgery on the affected side; preoperative CT scan shows lesion involvement of the pleura or pleural adhesions on the affected side; communication difficulties.
