Interventions

Infrared lighting group during distraction period:Perform infrared radiation therapy on the central part of a certain side according to the predetermined irradiation side regulations.
Infrared lighting group during maintenance period:Apply infrared light therapy to the middle of the other side of the same patient.

6 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) age 6 to 12 years, male or female 2) patients and their guardians agreed to participate in the study, and signed the informed consent 3) integral pitting deformity in the midface, and skeletal class III malocclusion 4) the investigators determined that the children could be treated by sutured traction with external strong anchorage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) the guardian of the patient did not receive infrared physiotherapy 2) the patient had a history of congenital mental or neurological diseases such as autism and cerebral palsy 3) the patient had a skin disease on his face
