35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and type 2 diabetes; 2. Planned or completed coronary angiography; 3. Age range from 35 to 75 years old, regardless of gender; 4. Voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent acute myocardial infarction within one month; 2. Acute heart failure or high-risk unstable angina; 3. Inability to tolerate exercise load due to severe aortic stenosis or dissection, pulmonary embolism, severe hypoglycemia, or severe high/low blood pressure; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Those with combined malignant tumors or other diseases with a life expectancy of less than 2 years; 6. Severe lung diseases (acute and chronic respiratory failure, moderate or above pulmonary fibrosis, lung damage, etc.); 7. Psychiatric and other individuals who cannot cooperate with research and follow-up.
