Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:(1) Age = 14 years old; (2) Patients undergoing major surgery (surgery duration = 3 hours) under general anesthesia ; (3) Return directly to the general ward after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients receiving conservative treatment; (2) The clinical variable data set in this study is missing; (3) Patients who plan to be admitted to the intensive care unit after surgery.(4) Refusing or unable to accept wearable devices for vital sign monitoring; (5) Cases with missing key information or obvious logical errors in the electronic medical record database.
