Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Chronic ischemic disease of the lower limbs, or prolonged ulcers without improvement after regular treatment, such as patency of the popliteal artery; ? No severe coagulation dysfunction; ? Diabetes patients need to control their blood sugar normally. diabetes symptoms plus plasma glucose at any time = 11.1 mmol/L (200 mg/dl), or fasting plasma glucose level (FPG) = 7.0 mmol/L (126 mg/dl), or 2-hour blood glucose value (2hPG) in oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) = 11.1 mmol/L (200 mg/dl); ? Those whose heart, lung, and kidney functions can tolerate surgery; ? The patient was informed and voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? The popliteal artery of the affected limb is completely blocked and no collateral circulation is established; ? Patients with arteriovenous diseases such as venous embolism and lymphangitis; ? Patients with severe organ dysfunction such as heart, lung, liver, and kidney; ? Acute complications of diabetes, such as diabetes hyperosmolar coma, diabetes ketosis and ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis, etc. ? Patients with malignant tumors; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Control fasting blood glucose above 8.0mmol/l; Non fasting blood glucose above 10.0mmol/l; ? Patients with immunosuppressive diseases and long-term use of hormones and other drugs cannot tolerate surgery and have poor compliance, making it difficult to control blood sugar and receive long-term treatment Osteoporosis fractures, pathological fractures.
