65 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 65 years old,<80 years old; 2) Undergoing hip and knee replacement surgery under general anesthesia; 3) Use patient controlled intravenous analgesia after surgery; 4) Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative symptoms include schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and myasthenia gravis; 2) Unable to communicate due to coma, severe dementia, or language impairment before surgery; 3) Patients with preoperative sleep apnea [diagnosed with sleep apnea, or STOP-Bang score (Attachment 1) 3 and serum HCO3 28 mmol/L]; 4) Patients with preoperative LVEF<30%, or with sick sinus syndrome, severe sinus bradycardia (heart rate<50 beats/min), atrioventricular block of degree II or above, and no pacemaker implantation; 5) Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C); 6) Severe renal dysfunction (pre operative dialysis); 7) ASA Grade IV or above.
