Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Stage IA2-IB1 was first diagnosed according to the 2018 FIGO clinical staging criteria and no treatment was given; ? Cervical pathological biopsy was diagnosed as cervical squamous cell carcinoma or adenocarcinoma. ? Preoperative MRI and other imaging data showed no lymph node metastasis. (4) Voluntarily participated in the experiment and signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? with severe diseases of other organs; Previous history of other malignancies; (2) Absolute contraindications for pregnancy and surgery; ? Serious mental illness; (4) Poor compliance.
