Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) the diagnostic criteria of COPD were formulated according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease -LRB-revised edition 2013) . Stable period is the patient cough, expectoration and other symptoms relatively stable, no purulent sputum and fever and other acute onset of symptoms of the period. (2) inclusion criteria COPD patients 1. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for stable COPD and in Group A, B and C of Comprehensive Evaluation of COPD. 2. Age 40-75 years old, primary school or above; 3. Can accept the treatment observation and each examination person; 4. A patient who signs an informed consent form. Family members of COPD patients 1. No age limit, primary school or above; 2. Live with the patient for a long time and communicate effectively. 3. Sign the informed consent form. Community Health Workers 1. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: COPD patients 1. Does not meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for stable COPD. 2. Under 40 and over 75; 3. Patients in Group D of the comprehensive assessment of COPD; 4. Patients with severe diseases, such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, and psychosis; 5. Pregnant and lactating women 6. History of alcohol or drug abuse hearing impairment; 7. Poor compliance, unable to judge the efficacy or incomplete data affect the efficacy of judgment. Family members of COPD patients 1. Not meeting the inclusion criteria; 2. Poor compliance, unable to complete the questionnaire. Community Health Workers 1. Not meeting the inclusion criteria; 2.
