Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are selected with a certain diagnostic standard of HCM. 2. All enrolled patients underwent standardized cardiovascular MRI. 3. All enrolled patients are willing to provide peripheral blood for whole exon sequencing or have completed whole exon sequencing. 4. Informed consent is obtained from all participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not meet the diagnostic standard, including secondary left ventricular hypertrophy are excluded. 2. Patients with age less than 18 years old are excluded. 3. Patients with poor CMR image quality and CMR contraindications are excluded 4. Patients are unwilling to participate in the study or do not sign the informed consent.
