Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The patient was pathologically diagnosed as non-keratinized undifferentiated carcinoma of nasopharynx. ? Aged between 18 and 75 years; ? Patients receiving radical radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma for the first time were treated with DDP chemotherapy concurrently, with or without anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody; (4) PS score=1; (5) There is no denture or the denture has been removed; ? No dental caries in the mouth or caries have been filled, no residual crown, residual roots, gingival health; ? No oral ulcer 2 weeks before radiotherapy; All of them used Elekta linear accelerator for intensity modulated radiation therapy. PGTVnx ranges from 6996 to 7062Gy/33Fx, PGTVnd ranges from 6699 to 7062Gy/33Fx, PCTV1 6006Gy/33Fx, and PCTV2 5445Gy/33Fx.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are allergic to lactobacillin tablets, have a long history of oral mucositis, serious nervous system diseases, immune system diseases and other diseases.
