Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient: (1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke in the "Key Diagnostic Points for Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" formulated by the Cerebrovascular Disease Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and have been confirmed by CT or MRI; (2) Age = 18 years old; (3) Married and with a living partner; (4) ADL = 60 points; (5) Volunteer to participate in this study. Spouse caregivers: (1) Spouse of a stroke patient; (2) Informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient: (1) Those with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness who cannot understand the questionnaire;(2) Those with severe hearing or visual impairment who are unable to communicate;(3) Patients with terminal stage diseases such as malignant tumors and renal failure. Spouse caregivers: Those with severe hearing or visual impairment who are unable to communicate.
