Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Anteromedial osteoarthritis of knee with "bone-on-bone" wear; Age >=50 years old; Anterior cruciate ligament and medial collateral ligament function well; No patellofemoral lateral subluxation or groove-like changes; Full-thickness cartilage in the lateral compartment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intra-articular varus deformities that cannot be corrected; Varus deformity >15°; fixed flexion contracture deformity >15°; medial proximal tibial angle (MPTA) >90° or 15°; Previous history of lower limb surgery on the affected side; Poor general conditions such as infectious diseases and unable to undergo surgery.
