Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: After approval by the Ethics Committee of Tai'an Central Hospital, 60 patients with gastrointestinal surgery (gastric cancer, colon cancer, rectal cancer) in Tai'an Central Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected, aged >=65 years old , ASA classification ?~?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are as follows: serious medical diseases, endocrine and immune system diseases; suffering from neurological or mental diseases; long-term drug abuse; intolerance or allergies to related experimental drugs.
