Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were examined by cytomorphology, immunology, cytogenetics and molecular biology, and all patients met the diagnostic criteria and risk grade of newly diagnosed acute leukemia (AML/ALL) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS); 2. Patients have not received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, etc.; 3. The patient has complete case data (current medical history, past history and auxiliary examination) 4. The patient and his family members signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe underlying diseases; 2. Combined with other malignant tumors; 3. Recently, there are systemic infectious diseases 4. Incomplete clinical data.
